We reserve the right to change rates and availability prior to confirmed bookings
For B&B guests a booking deposit equivalent to 1 night's stay per week/room reserved is required.
For apartment guests a booking deposit equivalent to 2 nights stay per week/apartment booked is required.
Prior to arrival deposit payment may be made with all major credit cards & bank transfer is acceptable (see deposit payment page) using our secure payment partner - Paypal.
90% Booking deposit refundable providing reservation is cancelled less than 55 days after deposit payment (and at least 3 months prior to arrival) *
80% Booking deposit refundable if cancelled more than 55 days after booking (and at least 3 months prior to arrival)
50% Booking deposit refundable providing reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to scheduled arrival
No deposit refund if canceled with less than 30 days notice
For apartment rentals, the final balance must be paid 7 days prior to arrival
for B&B guests final balance payable on departure – please note CASH ONLY , otherwise credid cards incur a 3% charge (reflecting the charge to us)

In case of no show or early departure for any reason, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
